Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Undisputedly against the order impugned the petitioner has statutory remedy of filing an appeal. In view thereof learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to institute an appeal and for the disposal thereof within a stipulated time frame.
Accordingly and with the consent of parties, this petition shall stand disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to institute an appeal within a period of two weeks from today. In case such an appeal is filed, the Appellate Authority shall endeavour to dispose of the same in accordance with law and preferably within a period of three months therefrom.
