Present revision is filed by the revisionist for quashing the order dated 15-11-2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 8/Special Judge (POSCO Act), Muzaffar Nagar in Sessions Trial No. 158 of 2018( State Versus Mohasin).
The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that her age is 16 years. Therefore, it is wrong to suggest that she was not minor.
No case for interference by this court is made out. The revision is dismissed.
