Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed against the orders dated 15.2.2019, 29.5.2015 and 16.10.2014 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, the Settlement Officer of Consolidation and the Consolidation Officer, respectively.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the area allotted to him on Plot No. 177/2 is much less than his share in the aforesaid plot which was his original holding.
A perusal of the impugned orders passed by the consolidation authorities and C.H. Form - 23 issued to the petitioner shows that the petitioner has been allotted two chaks and both are on his original holding and even though the area allotted to him on Plot No. 177/2 is much less than his share in the said plot, he has been allotted his total area on Plot No. 6 which was his original holding and over which also he had 1/3 share. The orders passed by the consolidation authorities do not violate any of the principles enumerated in Section 19 of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.
The writ petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
