Only prayer made in the present petition is to issue a direction to the executing court to expedite the proceedings of Execution Case No.11 of 2018 (Moharman Singh v. Babu Lal).
Be that as it may, not without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the trial court namely Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Hathras to decide the execution Case No.11 of 2018 (Moharman Singh v. Babu Lal), as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law.
