The present application has been moved for expeditious disposal of Case No.117 of 2017 arising out of Case Crime No.704 of 2016, under sections 307, 323, 324, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Kasiya, District Kushinagar pending before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kushinagar at Padrauna, within a stipulated period.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Notice need not be issued to opposite party nos.2 and 3.
Upon hearing parties counsel and perusal of record, the trial court is directed to expeditiously dispose of the Case No.117 of 2017 arising out of Case Crime No.704 of 2016, under sections 307, 323, 324, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Kasiya, District Kushinagar in accordance with law, if possible within three months.
The present application is disposed of accordingly.
