JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 prays for and is allowed three weeks' time to find out Supreme Court judgment as to whether the judgment of the Tribunal can be quashed in proceedings under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Learned counsel for the appellant shall also find out as to whether if a partner, namely respondent no. 4 who was of respondent no. 3 firm, whether his heirs are required to be substituted in law or not. If it is required to be substituted, he may file substitution application. Learned counsel for respondent may also go into law and inform the Court as to whether substitution application is required to be filed or not and if not, what is the provision of law in view of Order XXX Rule 4 of Civil Procedure Court. List on13.3.2012.
