Mauna Bhatt, learned counsel for the respondent places on record the order dated 07.06.2012 passed by the competent authority and she further states that the amount due is fully paid.

The party-in-person Mr.Mohanlal D. Parmar is present and he confirms that the amount has been paid.

In view of the above, we find that the present proceeding is not required to be continued further. Hence, disposed of accordingly.
