Mr.K.L. Pandya, learned APP waives notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to find out match for his daughter and son.
It appears from the jail report that the convict has enjoyed temporary bail two times and has also enjoyed furlough two times in the year 2011 and in the recent past, he was released from 16.10.2011 to 29.10.2011 on furlough.
Under the circumstance, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Therefore, the application is not granted. Rule discharged.
