Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the fourth respondent, in view of the order, which is being passed.
2. By this Writ Petition the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner. The petitioner's case is that he has entrusted work of constructing a compound wall to the fourth respondent and made certain payments. It is stated that subsequently, the work was entrusted to another person and when the petitioner demanded the money back from the fourth respondent, the petitioner was threatened. The petitioner, in this context, has already submitted WP(C).28818/14 2 Exhibit P1 complaint dated 10.10.2014 to the Station House Officer, Ranni Police Station.
3. The petitioner having already submitted a complaint, we only observe that the petitioner's complaint may be looked into by the Police authorities concerned and appropriate action in accordance with law, if so required, may be taken.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
