1. This application has been filed by the applicants (original respondents Nos.2, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3) with a prayer to fix an early date of final hearing for Special Civil Application No.28314 of 2007.
2. Heard Mr.Saurabh M. Patel, learned advocate for the applicants (original respondents Nos.2, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3) and Mr.S.P. Majmudar, learned advocate for the respondents (original petitioners) and perused the averments made in the application.
3. For reasons stated in Paragraphs-2.3 and 2.4, the prayers made in the application, deserve to be granted.
4. Accordingly, the application is allowed. It is directed that Special Civil Application No.28314 of 2007 be listed for final hearing on 20.03.2012.
5. The application is disposed of, in the above terms.
