The petitioner has approached this Court complaining about the inaction on the part of the revenue authorities in not implementing Ext.P3. Ext.P3 is an order passed by the Land Revenue Commissioner directing the District Collector to restore the puramboke thodu, which has been filled up by certain persons. 2. Having regard to the limited request made by the petitioner, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The 1st respondent shall take necessary steps for restoring the puramboke thodu to its original position pursuant to Ext.P3 after hearing the affected parties. This shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
