The petitioner is the owner in possession of 20 cents of property comprised in Survey No.817/1 in Mulavukadu Village. The petitioner approached the Local Level Monitoring Committee by Ext.P4 application for seeking a permission to construct a residential building.
In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Local Level Monitoring Committee of which, the 4th respondent is the Convenor to complete the proceedings on Ext.P4 application within a period of six weeks and thereafter, forward the same to the District Level Authorised Committee. The District Level Authorised Committee shall take a decision thereon within a further period of three weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
