1. Petitioner submitted Ext.P9 application dated 12.3.2014 before the second respondent claiming capital subsidy for running a three star hotel. Petitioner submits that the said application has not been considered so far.

2. In the light of the limited request, there shall be a direction to the competent authority among the respondents to consider Ext.P9 application and pass orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
