Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail since he wants to do the post death ceremony of his father who has died on 25th September, 2008.
From jail remarks, we find that after the death of the father of applicant-convict, he has enjoyed 5 furlough leaves and he was also enlarged twice on temporarily bail.
Considering theses aspects, the cause shown by the applicant does not inspire confidence.
Hence, application is rejected. Rule discharged.
