It is submitted by learned counsel that present appellant-original plaintiff filed the suit along with injunction application before the trial court and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties, learned trial court has rejected the injunction application filed by present appellant-original plaintiff and the trial court has suspended the order passed by the trial court and continued the ex parte order passed by the trial court until 20/07/2012 vide order dated 30/06/2012. In view of the above, order passed by the trial court dated 30/06/2012 on application Exh.56 is hereby extended till 31/07/2012. S. O. to 31/07/2012. The order of the trial court dated 30/06/2012 is to be taken on record.
