Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that necessary prayer has not been made in the writ petition and documents have remained to be annexed, therefore, he submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition is dismissed.
