Heard Shri Lavkush Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Adarsh Bhushan, learned counsel for the first respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to Labour Court, Uttar Pradesh, Agra to decide Adjudication Case No.244 of 2007 within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the Labour Court, U.P, Agra to consider and decide the aforesaid adjudication case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
