Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Kumar Pandey, counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 5.
Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondents to consider the prior services rendered by the petitioner before the regularisation dated 13.5.2011 for the purpose of fixation of salary, payment of promotional pay scale and A.C.P. etc, in accordance with law. Alternatively, prayer is made for commanding the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already made a detailed representation to the respondent no. 5 which is still pending for consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly that in case any such representation is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.
The petitioner is granted liberty to file fresh representation before the respondent no. 5 along with a copy of this order.
In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally asking the fifth respondent to look into grievance of the petitioner and decide the representation strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said persons (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerised copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
