2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 14.06.1989 passed by Sessions Judge, Rampur in Criminal Revision No. 96 of 1988 whereby it has allowed the revision by setting aside the order dated 29.08.1988 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Suar in Case No. 37 of 1987 under Section 145 Cr.P.C. releasing the property in dispute in favour of revisionist.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
6. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
