The present petition has been filed alleging that although the petitioner has retired on 31.3.2015 and despite the fact that he is being paid the pension and gratuity but he is not being paid G.P.F., Insurance, pensionerary benefit and other service benefit to which the petitioner is entitled. It is stated that an application dated 4.2.2021 is also filed for payment of said benefits, which is pending consideration before the respondent no. 3.
Considering the fact that application is pending consideration, the present petition is disposed off with a direction upon the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3 alongwith a copy of this order. In case such a representation is filed, the respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
Copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court shall be treated as certified copy of this order.
