ORDER Heard Shri.Rohit K, learned advocate for the petitioner and Shri.S.Chandrashekaraiah, learned HCGP for the State.
2. Petitioner has challenged FIR No.195/2018 registered on 05.12.2018 in Nandi Giridhama Police Station alleging commission of offence punishable under Sections 354 (D), 506 and 509 of IPC.
3. Shri.Rohit submits that complaint lodged against the petitioner is false. He sought to place reliance on certain photographs which are annexed to the petition. He submits that inter se relations between the petitioner and respondent No.2-complainant is cordial but the complaint is filed due to political rivalry.
4. A careful perusal of the complaint shows that the complainant has levelled specific allegations against the petitioner, which require investigation. In the circumstances, no grounds are made out by the petitioner, except stating that complaint is false, to entertain the petition by exercising powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
No costs.
