The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in a declaratory Suit being Suit No. 77 of 2008 (Triloki Vs. Ghurey) under section 229-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 even though issues were framed way back on 26.11.1999, the Suit is not being decided.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the Suit No. 77 of 2008 (Triloki Vs. Ghurey) be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
