The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 147/2010-11 (Mohan Lal vs. Devi Deen and others) under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.147/2010-11 shall be decided within a period of eight months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
