By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Varanasi to decide the application 6C dated 18.05.2018 in Original Suit No.242 of 2018 (Mohan Lal Versus Rakesh Kumar Dubey and others), pending since 18.05.2018 in the Court learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Varanasi within stipulated time."
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction of service of summons to the defendants and giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of copy of this order.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
