The petitioner, who is one of the defendants in Original Suit No. 656 of 2011, has filed the instant petition for a direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously.
By order dated 26.08.2019, the trial court fixed 14.11.2019 as the next date for disposal of issues no. 4 and 5.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
