Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.
The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.c. has been filed against the order dated 06.12.2018 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Auraiya in Misc. Case No. 307 of 2017 (Mohan Lal Dubey v. Sadan Lal), under section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., P.S. Dibiyapur, District Auraiya whereby direction to register the FIR and investigating the case is given to the Police concerned.
Perused the record and scrutinized the order.
This Court is fully in consonance with the order impugned and finds no illegality/infirmity/pervisity/impropriety therein.
On the aforesaid backdrop, the instant application filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., is rejected.
