ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 4-4-2013 in I.A.No.1197 of 2012 in R.A.(SR) No.10362 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.
Both the parties have filed CRPMP No.3304 of 2014 wherein they have stated that they have entered into a compromise on 25-7-2014. The Memorandum of Compromise, signed by both the parties and their respective Counsel was filed along with the said application.
At the hearing, the petitioners are personally present. The learned counsel on both sides are also present. Both the learned counsel have stated that the parties have entered into compromise voluntarily and that the Civil Revision Petition may be disposed of in terms of the said Memorandum of Compromise.
For the above mentioned reasons, CRPMP No.3304 of 2014 is allowed.
The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise in CRPMP No.3304/2014, with the direction to the Registry to draft the order in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP Nos.2793 and 4434 of 2013 are disposed of as infructuous.
