Heard Sri P.C.Saroj, Advocate holding brief of Sri Chandra Prakash Pandey, learned the revisionist, learned A.G.A. and perused material on record.
The present criminal revision has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 02.11.2021 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Dehat arising out of Case No. 183 of 2015 in application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. registered at Police Station Musanagr, District Kanpur Dehat ( Smt. Renu Gupta and another Vs. Mohan Gupta).
After some arguments, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he does not want press the present revision and the same may kindly be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of above, the present criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed.
