Prayer: Suit filed under Order IV Rule I of the Original Side Rules and under Order VII Rule I of CPC to pass judgment and decree.
a) Declaring that the resolution passed by the General Body of the first defendant on 14.07.2014 and any acts consequent to the above in proceeding to conduct General Election of the first defendant association, as null and void;
b) Declaring that the notice dated 4.7.2014 and notice dated 21.7.2014 both issued on behalf of the first defendant to all members as null and void;
c) Grant mandatory injunction directing the first defendant to conduct fresh elections by appointing an Advocate Commissioner as Election Officer for the 1st defendant federation;
d) Of mandatory injunction directing the first defendant to produce its books of accounts duly audited, for the period from 1.4.2011 till date and;
e) Directing the defendants to jointly and severally pay the costs of the suit to the plaintiff.

JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Suit. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Application No.4951 and 612 of 2014 is closed.
