THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The short grievance of the petitioners is against non- consideration of their representation dated 4.7.2017, a copy whereof is at Annexure – E wherein they have sought for regularization of their services and the grant of consequential benefits.
2. Learned ASG Sri.C.Shashikantha having accepted notice, for the respondents fairly submits that there is no difficulty for consideration of the subject representation in accordance with law if a time frame is prescribed by this court and also if the petitioners co-operate by furnishing necessary information/documents as may be solicited.
In the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed off directing the respondents to consider petitioners’ representation within a period of three months, in accordance with law and inform the result of such consideration individually to all the petitioners immediately.
It is open to the respondents to solicit any information or documents from the petitioners as are required for effective consideration of the said representation; However, in the guise of such solicitation, delay shall not be brooked.
No costs.
