JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Petitioner is served with Ext.P4 prohibitory order by which he is refrained from constructing the boundary of his property on the ground that the same was being made in the puramboke land as well.
2. Petitioner submitted Ext.P5 representation before the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) requesting him to look into the matter as, according to the petitioner, he had only put up bund to protect his paddy field. According to him, if there is delay on the part of the revenue authorities in fixing the boundary, it may cause undue hardship to the petitioner.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
4. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that W.P.(C)No.13822 of 2014 -:2:-
Ext.P5 has already been forwarded by the RDO to the Village Officer for enquiry and necessary report.
5. In the above circumstances, I am of the view that necessary orders has to be passed by the Village Officer concerned, who has issued Ext.P4, after surveying and fixing the boundary, as early as possible.
6. Having regard to the above facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of as under:
The second respondent is directed to take appropriate steps, pursuant to Ext.P4, in the light of Ext.P5 representation and the entire process shall be completed, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
