----------------------- The petitioner claims to be the owner of property situated in Sy.Nos.30/1 and 31/1A of Shornur Village. According to the petitioner, this property is a pucca dry land. However this property is erroneously shown as wet land in the draft data bank. Accordingly the petitioner has approached the Local Level Monitoring Committee to correct the entries in the data bank as per Ext.P2.
2. The Local Level Monitoring Committee has to find out whether this property can be classified as wet land as on the date of enactment of Act 28 of 2008. If it cannot be classified as wet land corresponding changes shall be effected in the draft data bank.
2. In view of the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to dispose of Ext.P2 after conducting W.P.(C).No.30505 of 2014

site inspection in the presence of the petitioner within a period of three weeks The writ petition is disposed of as above.
