The petitioner is challenging an order passed by the 3rd respondent District Collector under Section 13 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008, produced as Ext.P5, filed a revision before the Government, the first respondent by Ext.P6. In view of the pendency of Ext.P6, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on Ext.P6 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months. Till a decision is taken in the matter, status quo shall be maintained.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
