The petitioner is the owner of a stage carriage, bearing Registration No.KL-10-M-3425, who was granted temporary permit on the route Palathole-Pattambi in the vacancy of his own regular stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-10 M 8840 and had made an application for re-issue of the temporary permit, by Ext.P2, which is valid till 02.01.2015. The said application has been made on 06.12.2014. In such circumstance, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the application for re-issue of temporary permit and issue the same; if there is no legal impediment, within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P2. Needless to say, while considering the application as stated above, the preferential claim, if any, shall also be considered.
Writ petition disposed of as above.
