This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to respondents 2 to 6 to ensure that the 7th respondent shall not make any construction encroaching into the puramboke property described in Ext.P7 order.
2. Learned counsel for the 7th respondent submits that they have no intention to make any such construction in the puramboke land with reference to Ext.P7 order. It is also made clear by the learned counsel for the 7th respondent that no hindrance will be caused to the petitioner with reference to his right to access underneath the bridge.
Recording the above undertaking, this writ petition is disposed of.
