(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The application is for suspension of sentence and regular bail in the appeal, which arises from the judgement and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge for conviction of the appellant - accused.
Mr.Agrawal, learned Counsel for the applicant - accused, states that the accused is ready to supply paper-book and the appeal be fixed at an early date for final disposal and he states that if the appeal is ordered to be listed for final disposal, he is not pressing the present application for regular bail.
If the paper-book is supplied by the appellant, office to examine and verify the same within two months and thereafter a note be placed for early hearing of the matter.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
