1. Heard Mr. Majmudar, learned Advocate for the applicant-petitioner. By way of this application, the applicant-original petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :
"(A) YOUR LORDSHIPS may be pleased to allow this Civil Application;
(B) YOUR LORDSHIPS may be pleased to fix an early date of hearing of the aforesaid Special Civil Application No. 7829 of 2008 in the interest of substantial justice.
(C) Such other and further relief/s as may be deemed just and in the facts and circumstances of the present case may kindly be granted."
2. Considering the fact that the main writ petition is admitted on 17.10.2008 and many other matters are admitted prior to the filing of this matter for final hearing. Hence, no priority can be given to this matter. Hence, this matter is dismissed. However, it will be open for the applicant to renew the request for fixing the same for final hearing after six months.
