O R D E R None for the petitioners. Sri. Vijay Kumar A. Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. In these petitions, petitioners inter alia have prayed for the following relief:
“Issue directions to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the complaint filed by the petitioners and to take appropriate action pursuant to the NCR dated 17.01.2017 produced at Annexure-F by issuing a writ of mandamus.”
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that in pursuance of the complaint lodged by the petitioners, FIR has been lodged against their inquests and thereafter charge sheet is also filed. Therefore nothing survives for consideration in these petitions.
4. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
