ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ of Mandamus and declare the action of the respondents in detaining the petitioner in B.E. 2nd year as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to prosecute his studies by permitting him to attend the classes of B.E. 3rd year and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to appear for the main examinations as well as the supplementary examinations for the back log subjects.”
At the hearing, it is not disputed by learned counsel for both the parties that the issue similar to that raised in this Writ Petition was decided by this Court in Writ Petition No.29245 of 2014, which was dismissed by order, dated 19.11.2014.
For the same reasons as contained in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is dismissed with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order. bAs a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.39769 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
