O R D E R It is submitted at the Bar that all the petitioners herein having already completed the course, no purpose would be served by keeping these Writ Petitions pending and therefore, no action need be taken pursuant to the impugned notices all dated 11.11.2014 at Annexures-H1 to H4.
2. In the above circumstances, these Writ Petitions are disposed off with the observations that the petitioners would not be put to prejudice by virtue of impugned notices, if they otherwise have accomplished their Course.
It is needless to mention that this judgment is not intended to be a precedent or parity for others to claim the similar benefit, now granted to the petitioners herein.
