This Criminal Petition is filed to quash proceedings in D.V.C. No. 79 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mobile Court, Guntur.
2. On 07/8/2012 notice before admission was ordered and the petitioners were directed to take out personal notice to second respondent by registered post with acknowledgement due and to file proof of service into court. On 12/10/12 advocate for petitioner filed memo with regard to return of registered personal notice and thereafter no steps were taken to serve notice to second respondent.
4. Today when the matter is listed, none appeared for petitioner.
Therefore, Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
