1. Petitioner's vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL-41-B-3952 was seized on the allegation of violating the provisions of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008. Petitioner submitted Ext.P3 representation before the District Collector for release of his vehicle. But, so far no action has been taken by the second respondent, is the complaint of the petitioner.
2. Having regard to the factual situation and having heard the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The second respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 representation, W.P.(C)No.15306 of 2014 -:2:-
within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
