JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by Ext.P4 cancellation of licence granted to the petitioner for fishing. It is referred in Ext.P4 that the petitioner was issued show cause notice and the petitioner was given reply. Therefore, Ext.P4 is passed on merits and there is no scope of interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution. The petitioner has an appellate remedy under Clause 12 of Ext.P5 before the Appellate Board attached to the Administrator. If the petitioner files an appeal within one week that shall be disposed of within a further period of three weeks after affording an opportunity to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
