4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor. The Investigating Officer has reported that the petitioner is a suspect in the case and his custodial B.A.8654 of 2014 2 interrogation is required, for which legal notice has been issued. It seems that he has not turned up. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am satisfied that this is not a fit case wherein anticipatory bail can be granted.
