Shaffique, J. The Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner in the writ petition alleging non complainace of the direction issued by this Court as per interim order dated 04.11.2014.
2. The learned Government Pleader on instruction, submits that appropriate police protection had already been granted in the matter. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that they have received necessary police protection, though at the initial stage there was some problems in this regard.

Cont.Case (C). No. 1204 of 2014 In the said situation, we do not find that there is any willful disobedience of the direction issued by this Court and accordingly this Contempt Case is closed.
