The petitioner in the above writ petition is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No.KL-6 D 5493 in the route Edayur-Karamputhur. The timings of the service was last issued on 2004, hence the petitioner filed an application to revise the timings by Ext.P1 dated 11.09.2014. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application. If Ext.P1 application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall issue notice of hearing within one week of receipt of certified copy of this judgment to the petitioner and any other stage carriage operator adversely affected by change in timings sought for by the petitioner and also display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then consider the prayer of the W.P(C) 27099/2014 ::2::
petitioner, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of publication of the above notice.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
