THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT APPEAL No.1250 of 2014 Judgment: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned counsel for the appellant wants to withdraw this appeal in view of the changed circumstances after filing of the present appeal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the appellant to take steps in accordance with law, as may be advised on the changed circumstances. To take aforestated action, we allow the interim order to continue for a period of fortnight. On expiry of this period, the interim order will stand automatically vacated. Copy of the final order shall be supplied to the appellant within 48 hours from the date of communication of this order.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
