… PETITIONER … RESPONDENT THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO QUASH THE NOTICE DATED 30.10.2017 ISSUED BY THE RESPONDENT SANJAYNAGAR POLICE STATION, UNDER SECTION 91 OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE, IN MATTER BEARING FIR BEARING CRIME NO.262/2017 (ANNEXED VIDE ANNEXURE-A); AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.

The petition is admitted for hearing.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for the following relief:
a) Writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari, or any other appropriate Writ, order or Direction quashing the Notice date 30.10.2017 issued by the respondent Sanjaynagar Police Station, under section 91 of Criminal Procedure Code, in matter bearing FIR bearing Crime No.262/2017 (annexed vide Annexure-A).
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation has already been completed and within two months the final report would be filed. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
