Mailardevpally, Cyberabad on the file of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad on such terms and conditions.
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER “The petitioner is A2. He seeks for grant of bail. He allegedly committed an offence under Section 302 read with Section 34 IPC. The case of the prosecution is that A1 had illicit intimacy with the wife of the deceased and that there were misunderstandings between A1 and the deceased on that count. A2 is said to be a friend of A1. It is the case of the prosecution that A2 joined hands with A1 in murdering the deceased. The case against A2 is not under Section 302 but under Section 302 read with 34 IPC. 12 witnesses had already been examined by the investigating agency. I therefore consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is enlarged on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a like sum to the satisfaction of learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Rajendra Nagar.”
