ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience order dated 21-11-2013 in W.P.No.33324 of 2013.
The respondent filed a counter-affidavit wherein he has inter alia stated that in pursuance of the above mentioned order of this Court, he has issued Endorsement No.B/6139/2013, dated 11-7-2014. A copy of the said endorsement is enclosed to the counter-affidavit.
Sri V. Venkata Mayur, learned Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the above facts pleaded by the respondent.
With the disposal of the petitioner’s representation by issuing the endorsement dated 11-7-2014, though belatedly, the respondent has complied with the order of this Court. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy if he feels aggrieved by the above mentioned endorsement.
